Brand New
The club has never been used and still in packaging.
Excellent
Only light signs of use with no cosmetic damage.
Good
Evidence of use, but with no cosmetic marks or damage.
Poor
In working condition but with severe marks.
Unacceptable Items
Items that we can not accept are usable have excessive wear or are damaged beyond use. Examples are cracks or rattles in the head, excessive wear to the faces, including large stone chips or dents to the head. Also any missing brand badges, weights or ferrules.

About Our Service
Our team of experts includes PGA Professionals with years of experience in the industry. All our staff are fully trained to provide valuations on equipment in line with current market values. We use a grading system to determine individual aspects of each club as well as the overall condition. Full details of our grading system scale can be found above.
We are happy to provide a valuation on any club, providing it is not in an “unacceptable” condition (please see our grading system above). Each item will be valued on a case-by-case basis – on some occasions there may be items we cannot provide a valuation for.
No – we are happy to provide a valuation for as many items as you wish.
Our team will respond with a valuation for your clubs within 24 hours of submission. On acceptance of an offer we will arrange the collection or sending of your clubs to our depot. Once we have received your clubs payment via the selected method will be sent immediately.
